I have always tried to keep my body in shape, but following fad diets and exercising a little here and there. I never fully understood the importance of nutrition and the enjoyment of exercise until I met Salina. Her motivation and passion for living a healthy lifestyle inspired me to want to make healthy choices for myself. Salina helped me train for my first half marathon and I was pleased that I was able to complete it under two hours when I wasn’t able to run for more than 15 minutes before I met her.
