If you enjoy working in a small Group of like minded women, then our Group PT sessions could be just for you. The sessions are limited to a max of 4 people to keep them focused and tailored to individual goals. The Group PT sessions are timetabled into the week and can be purchased on a pay as you go basis or in blocks of 4, 8, 12 and 16.
You will get your measurements taken at regular intervals and Nutritional Guidance can be added on at an extra charge. Set some goals, learn to lift weights and get that essential cardio blast in a fun and challenging environment.
